我的投稿，写了一个cover letter。请高手看看是否可以？还需要增加些什么? Dear Editor, We would like to submit the enclosed manuscript entitled " title ", which we wish to be considered for publication in Journal of Vacuum Science and Technology B. We believe that two aspects of this manuscript will make it interesting to the researchers of the ..... First, a new concept of average decay time is introduced into the simulation, and the deficiency in previous calculation is effectively eliminated.
