我的cover letter，请高手指教！

我的投稿，写了一个cover letter。请高手看看是否可以？还需要增加些什么? Dear Editor, We would like to submit the enclosed manuscript entitled " title ", which we wish to be considered for publication in Journal of Vacuum Science and Technology B. We believe that two aspects of this manuscript will make it interesting to the researchers of the ..... First, a new concept of average decay time is introduced into the simulation, and the deficiency in previous calculation is effectively eliminated. Second, the worse .... characteristics is significantly improved by a new ...., and the response time is reduced to several picoseconds in the absence of bias. Thus, the study indicates that the novel mode of ...has the potential to break through the limitation of time resolution of traditional ....
