[交流] intermetallics投稿问题已有6人参与

收到了technical checking，然后给回复，遇到了难题，请教高手指教，
下面的这条意见怎么回复啊？是在cover letter 里回复吗？请教高手
An author agreement must be provided on the pdf cover page. It must include all of the following questions: (1) The authors are requested to state that all authors have participated sufficiently in this work to take public responsibility for it; (2) All authors have reviewed the final version of the manuscript and approve it for publication; 3) Neither this manuscript nor one with substantially similar content under my (our) authorship has been published or is being considered for publication elsewhere.

在cover letter中必须陈述一下几点
1）让你必须肯定所有你挂上名的作者都对文章有贡献
2）所有的作者必须看过你的终稿并且同意发表
3）该文章的内容或其中的一部分不能正处于已发表或在审状态

（1）All authors have participated sufficiently in this work to take public responsibility for it;
(2) All authors have reviewed the final version of the manuscript and approve it for publication;
（3) Neither this manuscript nor one with substantially similar content under my (our) authorship has been published or is being considered for publication. elsewhere.
