请高手帮我看看审稿人的意见，其中一句话，我怎么也看不懂

Probably this paper aims to present quite interesting problem and perhaps it would be worth to consider its possible revisions but at this moment it is very hard to understand authors’ way of considerations. Theoretical part of this paper (despite the fact that is written fatally) is quite well prepared but authors should develop its practical part - Sect 4 where there are many figures but their interpretation is very weak. Another example is Sect. 4.2.3 - the problem of interval $q$ selection should be discussed in a wider context; in this paper we have a subsection that is 3 text lines long.More generally the whole subsection 4.2 is little bit enigmatic. in this paper we have a subsection that is 3 text lines long.是什么意思呢？？ 希望有经验的老师帮我解答一下，谢谢啦！ |
