JPCC编辑据稿后申辩有用吗？

我最近投了一篇JPCC，但是被编辑直接以这样的理由据稿了，可是个人觉得编辑应该是没有看过文章，才会得出这样的结论，这样的情况下申辩有用吗？ “We thank you for submitting your paper to the Journal of Physical Chemistry. Having examined your manuscript, I find that it deals primarily with the synthesis and characterization of materials. Due to the limited new physical insights in the work, we are returning it to you without review so that you may submit it to another journal. Please understand that this decision does not in any way reflect negatively on the quality of your work, but rather is a judgment based on its appropriateness for our journal. ” |
