Sincerely yours, *** Comments: On the whole the manuscript is interesting and well written, however, few corrections are needed: The interpretation of AMOVA fixation indexes is not correct: 1) genetic differentiation among populations within groups is expressed by Fsc (line 13 page 1, line 24 page 7, line 7 page 9) Answer: Thank you for your correct suggestions. We have changed Fst by Fsc and corrected the numerical values in our manuscript. 2) Differentiation among groups is expressed by Fct (line 7 page 9) Answer: Ok, according to your suggestion, “Differentiation among groups is expressed by Fct”, we have deleted “(FST = 0.812)” and retained Fct in text. 3) Fst is the differentiation among populations regardless of groups Answer: We are in full agreement with your point. Fst is regarded as the differentiation among populations in whole manuscript. To this account the Author should attentively consult the Arlequin manual section AMOVA Haplotypic data, several groups of populations. Minor corrections: Line 18 page 7: clade 3-2 included H5, H6 and H7 Answer: Thank you for your careful checking in our text. “clade 3-2 included H5, H6 and H12” in previous manuscript has been corrected by “clade 3-2 included H5, H6 and H7”. Line 9 page 9: may be the Author meant "probably due to low migration". Answer: Yes, you are right, we really means this, so your sentence "probably due to low migration" has accepted in revised manuscript. |
