[求助] 悬赏，关于Copyright Agreement form 求助

以下是11月21日编辑来信，我们是11月23号回的信，Copyright Agreement form 在附件里，发到了指定邮箱，到现在12月3号了，没有一点消息，问问大家是不是该写信询问一下，还有询问是问出版社还是编辑，谢谢大家，这是本人第一篇SCI文章，急需online。下面是编辑21-Nov-2011的来信。
Dear Dr. **:
It is a pleasure to accept your manuscript entitled "***" in its current form for publication in ***.
Please be sure to cite this article to ensure maximum exposure of your work.
There are two colour figures in your manuscript which will require payment for publication in colour at a cost of **per page +**per figure for colour (US Dollars). The pricing information is online in "Manuscript Submission"  or in a printed issue, "Instructions for Authors."  If you chose not to pay for colour printing the figures can be printed in black and white at no extra cost. Please inform us if you wish your figure to be printed in colour, and will pay the charges, otherwise we will assume it is to be published in black and white.

The Copyright Agreement form attached to this email should be sent to the publisher as soon as possible. Manuscripts cannot be published without this form. The corresponding author is responsible for obtaining signatures of coauthors. Authors not permitted to release copyright must still return the form signed under the statement of the reason for not releasing the copyright.
Please fax the Copyright Agreement form to ***.
If preferred, the form may be filled out electronically and submitted via email to ***.Consider Liebert Open Option to have your paper made Free Online immediately upon publication for a one-time fee. If the paper has NIH funding, it will also be uploaded onto PubMedCentral on behalf of the author.
