[求助] copyright的问题

小弟文章最近被Taylor & Francis 旗下一杂志接收，但转让copyright有几个问题不懂
第一封邮件发给我Please print, sign, and scan the attached copyright form, then log in to CATS to return the form electronically. Alternatively, the form can be mailed or faxed to the address given at the end of this email.
版权协议上写着Please return the completed and signed original of this form and the Agreement that is attached to it by post or fax. You may email a
scanned copy of the signed Agreement for convenience, but please return the original copy signed copy by post. Please send to the
following address:
上传后再发给我一封邮件This e-mail confirms that the copyright submitted for the article listed above has been approved.
In addition, please return the completed and signed original of the form and the Agreement that is attached to it by post, using the address below.
不是说在系统上传吗，还一定邮过去吗？可以传真吗？求高人

肯定不用寄，现在都是电子版的，那么远谁还邮寄啊？现在版权转让都是网上签字，或者打印之后签字扫描上传或者发邮件，不会邮寄了。信息时代就是好啊

一般来说上传扫描的电子版即可，可能是不同杂志要求不同，你可以写信再问问编辑，如果一定要要邮寄纸质版的，只有照办了，我以前就邮寄过copyright，要不了多少钱

I regret that we do need to receive the original of your form, and a fax
is not permitted. There is, however, no urgency to get the form back to
us, as we have already approved the electronic version. If you could
send it at some point in the future, I would be very grateful.
