copyright的转让问题

论文被录用，需要版权转让，这是那个需要签名的文件，有一项不知道么填页面的最下面一段，那个对勾勾不勾有什么区别？ Crown Copyright. The Contribution is subject to Crown Copyright and is not assigned to the Academy Publisher as set forth in item 1 above. The undersigned acknowledges, however, that the Academy Publisher has the right to publish, distribute and reprint the Contribution in all forms and media, and indicates the acceptance of all the other items above except item 1.
