copyright的问题

小弟文章最近被Taylor & Francis 旗下一杂志接收，但转让copyright有几个问题不懂 第一封邮件发给我Please print, sign, and scan the attached copyright form, then log in to CATS to return the form electronically. Alternatively, the form can be mailed or faxed to the address given at the end of this email. 版权协议上写着Please return the completed and signed original of this form and the Agreement that is attached to it by post or fax. You may email a scanned copy of the signed Agreement for convenience, but please return the original copy signed copy by post. Please send to the following address: 上传后再发给我一封邮件This e-mail confirms that the copyright submitted for the article listed above has been approved.
