Besides, this deformation does not require the existence of the slide mass at the back-end of the slope. In other words, toppling failure can happen without the extra push imposed by the upper slide mass. |

经过楼上二位指点，自己有加工了一下 This experiment shows that toppling failure can happen under only the self-weight stress conditions, rather than the commonly assumed results of the release of the horizontal tectonic stress. Besides, the occurrence of toppling failure does not require the existence of the slide mass at the back-end of the slope. In other words, the toppling failure of the slope can happen without the extra push force of the upper slide mass. |
