To find out the product technical service ability inadequacy in the process of marketing , the limited product research and development capacity, marketing management problems ofpetroleum resin products, analysizes the  reasons of the existing question at the same time.
Finally, combining the new situation, according to the Daqing Branch of China Petroleum Resin in the process of marketing the existing problems and causes an antidote against the disease, proposes to establish and perfect enterprise product technology services, product innovation and differentiation marketing, marketing management and customer relationship management of DaqingHuake Company petroleum resin product marketing strategy, and to build a high efficient marketing tissue, standarded work procedures, information department and information channel construction, marketing management system and performance evaluation mechanism in order to ensure the effective implementation of marketing strategies.
