食品可追溯性在现在食品领域研究较热，且相当有必要。 Traceability is defined as the ability to trace the history, application or location of that which is under consideration（ISO).It relates to the origin of materials and parts, the processing history, and the distributionof the product after delivery (ISO 2000).
