这样是不是拒稿了呀？烦恼中。。。。 已有17人参与

投稿一星期后，主编的回复： Dear xxx， Your above referenced manuscript, entitled "xxxxxxxx" has been unsubmitted to XXXXXXXX. It has been unsubmitted at my request to allow necessary adjustment of the submission prior to peer review. Specific feedback and instructions follow. > >The manuscript does not completely follow the formatting guidance provided in the Guidance to Authors, although it is largely consistent. The writing is understandable and quite good for someone for whom English is a second language, but there is no double standard at XXXX; all manuscripts must be written in excellent English, and this paper needs work. I can recommend Ms. XXXXX at faaborgediting.com as one resource, but there are many available to you. The paper must be better written and better conform to XXX formatting instructions to be placed in peer review; our reviewers are volunteers and have made it clear that they do not want to function as English tutors or format enforcers. > >Beyond the formatting and writing issues, there is a fundamental problem with the very broad analysis based on one year of monthly sampling.
