今天收到一封邮件，内容如下： Dear ***, The “National Center of Science and Technology Evaluation” (further – Center) founded according to the Decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan №831 from July 19, 2011. The Center is responsible for organizing and conducting the evaluation and reviewing of research proposals of Kazakhstani scientific community. The Center invites you to review a following research proposal 1267GF "Investigation of the theoretical foundations of an electrostatic rotary collecting electrodes to improve dust removal in industrial plants and environmental protection from industrial flue gases". If you are interested in joining, please let us know as soon as possible and contact me. We will send you a contract for your consideration and signing. Please fill in attached form for international experts and send it to us. We also attach a proposal evaluation form. The cost of peer reviewing of a research proposal is on average $250 US dollars. The time given for reviewing one research proposal is up to 2 days (will be agreed with experts afterward). We kindly ask you to recommend available expert(s) in case you are not able to join reviewing a research proposal.
