急切求助，论文一审结果出来了，这样的意见怎么回复呢~~~？

Reviewing: 1 Comments to the Author This manuscript described method validation for the analysis of salbutamol in human plasma and urine. The article is well written and validation is comprehensive. The manuscript can be published with the following two minor comments. 1. The selection of the internal standard should be more carefully considered. The published method is intended to be used by other scientists. Use of a very common OTC drug acetaminophen may limit the application of this method for broad usage. To reviewer’s knowledge, stable labeled salbutamol is commercially available. For a LC-MS/MS bioanalytical method, use of stable-labeled internal standard is preferred. 2. The plasma sample volume (1 ml) is relatively large for a typical LC-MS/MS method. The use of large sample volume and large volume for extraction also prevent using of automated sample extraction in a 96-well format and therefore reduces the sample throughput. Has a smaller volume been tested? Reviewing: 2 Comments to the Author A good method for the determination of salbutamol except for the choice of internal standard.
