| 斜臂塔中富集比均高于垂直塔,并且随着分布器孔径的增大,它们之间的差距逐渐拉大,而斜臂塔中回收率则是均低于垂直塔,它们之间的差距也是随着分布器孔径的增大逐渐拉大。原因是蛋白质的动态粘度以及排液过程中表面剪切粘度较大,使得垂直塔中泡沫间隙液排液阻力较大,随分布器孔径的变化富集比变化幅度较小;而对于斜臂塔来说,泡沫间隙液能够顺利地沿着液流薄层流回液相主体中,这样即使在分布器孔径较小,即该分布器所产生的气泡较小,泡沫相中持液率很高时,也能够在一定程度上强化泡沫排液,并且强化能力在气泡较大时尤为突出。 |

Compared with vertical tower, the enrichment ratio is higher in inclined arm tower, and with the increase of the pore size of distribution, this ratio gradually increase. The reason for this is that the dynamic viscosity of protein and the surface shear viscosity of drainage process is high, resulting in high drainage resistance of liquid foam in vertical tower, and the change of pore’s diameter in distribution cannot effect the enrichment ration efficiently; And as for the inclined arm tower, the foam’s clearance liquid can flow easily back to the main body of along the liquid’s thin layers of the fluid, so that even the distribution’s pore and the bubble are small, and the foam liquid level is high, it can strengthen the foam drainage to some extent, and the strengthening the ability is particularly outstanding if bubble is bigger. 担心有些专业词汇翻译的不对,建议修改,仅供参考 |
