Many factors influence the values of the signal value, mainly X1,X2,X3,X4,X5,X6, etc. In this work, the 6 factors were optimized by uniform experimental design, with uniform design tabulation of C and corresponding use tabulation. According to the test schedule, 6 factors above were selected . At the same time, 10 levels were chosen from each factor. Within the 6 factors selected by uniform experimental design, change the value of any one factors while keeping the other 5 factors fixed. Test the changed factor’s the signal value in arsenic standard solution. The signal value of the inspection object was processed through the D software, using quadratic polynomial stepwise regression analysis. The gotten binary regression equation is:E. Checking critical value table of F, we got F0.05 (6,4) = H, F = 25, showing that the regression equations were significant. The regression coefficients of the equations significant test showed that within the 6 factors, the other 4 factors had significant influence on the signal value, excluding G, I.
