The experimental parameters for A operations had been carefully scrutinized in terms of sensitivity by using B standard solutions of 10.0 mgL-1, and signal value was employed for quantification. Many factors influence the values of the signal value, mainly X1,X2,X3,X4,X5,X6, etc. In this work, the 6 factors were optimized by uniform experimental design, with uniform design tabulation of C and corresponding use tabulation. According to the test schedule, 6 factors above were selected . At the same time, 10 levels were chosen from each factor.
(本文将这6个因素采用uniform design test进行优化,选用 uniform design tabulation和相应的use tabulation,方案是选取6个因素,每个因素选择10个水平)
The test scheme and test the signal value were listed in Tab. 1.
Within the 6 factors selected by uniform experimental design, change the value of any one factors while keeping the other 5 factors fixed. Test the changed factor’s the signal value in arsenic standard solution.
The signal value of the inspection object was processed through the D software, using quadratic polynomial stepwise regression analysis. The gotten binary regression equation is:E.

From the equation's anova table, this model was proved to be suitable. The predicted values and measured value had a high degree of correlation. Checking critical value table of F, we got F0.05 (6,4) = H, F = 25, showing that the regression equations were significant. The regression coefficients of the equations significant test showed that within the 6 factors, the other 4 factors had significant influence on the signal value, excluding G, I.
(从该方程的方差分析表可见,该模型显著,预测值与实测值之间具有高度的相关性。查F临界值表,得F0.05 (6,4) = H, F = 25,回归方程有显著意义。上述方程的回归系数显著性检验表明:试6个因素中除了G、I外,其他四个因素对信号值的影响皆显著。)
