| When quenched steel 40CrNi2Mo is heated in the critical area, the needle-like austenite will be formed between lath martensite, and the formation of granular austenite among the original austenite grain boundaries, martensite lath boundary and block boundaries;When thermal refined steel 40CrNi2Mo is heated in the critical area, austenite is nucleated in the side of cementite particles on the ferrite grain boundary firstly, after the formation of austenite nucleus, it first grows into Strip shape and interconnected into a mesh strip along the ferrite grain boundaries, and then advance to transgranular growing into granules. |
