When quenched state 40CrNi2Mo steel was heated at intercritical range,it formed needle austenitic between martensite lath,and granular austenitic grain in the original austenitic grain boundaries,martensite lath beam boundary and block boundary;When tempered and quenched state 40CrNi2Mo steel was heated at intercritical range,the austenitic firstly formed nuclear beside the cementite particles of ferrite grain boundary.After austenitic formed,it firstly grew along the ferrite grain boundaries long strip and connected into reticulaion,then advancing to inner of grain,grew granular. |
