When metallic materials with low-to-medium stacking fault energies are worked under high temperatures, dynamic recrystallization (DRX) arises, where hardening caused by the accumulation of dislocation and softening due to the nucleation and growth of DRX grains occur simultaneously. It is well-known that macroscopic mechanical behavior during hot working accompanying DRX is largely affected by microstructure evolutions.
