High-efficiency organic light-emitting devices (OLEDs) were fabricated in which solution-processed ambipolar blends of hole- and electron-transport polymer hosts doped with a green-emitting iridium complex are sandwiched between a photocrosslinked hole-trans-porting layer and a vacuum-deposited electron-transporting layer.

The solution process is more suitable for large-sized OLED in terms of small material usage and no need for fine mask patterning technique. Among soluble materials, dendrimers are acknowledged as a new class of emissive OLED materials that can carry both the emissive chromophore and the charge transporting moiety simultaneously.

高效有机发光设备的制作是将孔传递聚合物受体与电子传递聚合物受体用绿色荧光铱复合物涂抹,将两种受体二极混合溶解过程后制作而成,此时这两种受体夹在光交联孔传递层与真空沉淀电子传递层之间。就小材料的使用而言,溶解过程对于大型号的OLED更合适,且无需细致图样形成技术。在可溶性材料中,树状大分子被认为是一种新的放射性OLED材料,因为他能同时传递发色团和部分电荷运输。

The ambipolar  host blends consist of blends of bis-oxadiazole-functionalized poly(norbornene) electron-transport materials and poly(N-vinylcarbazole).
通过溶液加工的方法制作了高效OLED,双极性的主体是电子传输材料bis-oxadiazole-functionalized poly(norbornene)和空穴传输材料聚乙烯(N-乙烯基咔唑)(poly(N-vinylcarbazole))的混合物,并掺杂入绿色发光铱配合物,夹在光致交联的空穴传输层和真空沉积的电子传输层之间。
