是manuscript!!
my manuscript was submitted on Jan 12,2011 and was informed that it need many amendments on April 28.After considering the modification suggestions earnestly,many modifications were made and the modified manuscript was resubmitted on May 24,.sadly,I was notified that my manuscript was rejected on Sep 13.after carefully reading the reviewer's modification suggestions,I believe that the reviewer might not understand the algorithm I put forward in my manuscript totally .
