   Thanks for your email.
   I am sorry to learn that my manuscropt was rejected based on the comments from just one referee. 我的稿件是在Jan 12, 2011提交的，2011年04月28日收到“大修”的决定，按照审稿意见认真修改后于2011年5月24日提交了修改稿，Sep 13, 2011收到“拒稿”的决定。在收到拒稿信的时候，我仔细阅读了审稿人的审稿意见，我认为该审稿人可能没有理解我提出的算法。I think that the manuscript is very suitable to the readership of Pattern Recognition  (a novel and efficient circle detection algorithm). As such, I would like to ask if you could send it to another referee for a review and then reconsider your decision? Thank you very much for your help!
