[求助] 一段文献的翻译

2.3.2.1. Micro-dilution method. This method has been adopted from
NCCLS M26-T (Food and Drug Administration, 1991); (National
Committee for Clinical Laboratory Standards, 1999), with modifica-
tions (Hacek et al., 1999). In short: 100 µl antibiotic solutions were
pipetted into micro-titer plates by twofold dilutions. 100 µl freshly
grown bacteria were added to the wells in a density of 2.5·105
CFU
(final concentration per well). Micro-titer plates were incubated
overnight (≙ MBC/L) or 4 h (≙ MBC/S). CFU was determined by
diluting each well in tenfold dilutions. From each dilution, aliquots
were transferred on agarplates and incubated overnight. On the
following day, the number of colonies was evaluated and the initial
CFU/well retrospectively calculated.

In short: 100 µl antibiotic solutions were  pipetted into micro-titer plates by twofold dilutions. 100 µl freshly  grown bacteria were added to the wells in a density of 2.5·105  CFU  (final concentration per well). 简言之,100微升的抗生素溶液按双倍稀释原则,吸入至微量皿中。100微升新鲜生长的细菌按密度为2.5X10e5CFU(每孔终浓度)加入孔中。

每次稀释,转移等倍体积液体至琼脂平板并过夜培养。第二天,细菌克隆数即可被估计,并且起始每孔CFU也可回顾性计算到。

整理版:
微量稀释法 这个方法采自NCCLS M26-T。并做了些修改。简言之,100微升的抗生素溶液按双倍稀释原则,吸入至微量皿中。100微升新鲜生长的细菌按密度为2.5X10e5CFU(每孔终浓度)加入孔中。微量皿过夜培养或者孵育4个小时。集落形成单位通过10倍稀释法测量。每次稀释,转移等倍体积液体至琼脂平板并过夜培养。第二天,细菌克隆数即可被估计,并且起始每孔CFU也可回顾性地计算到。
