Off sheet position in position counts from the IBOX. In the MKII and MKIII frames, which have reference position switches, this is the value of the position count when the Sensor comes to rest against the home position switch after passing the reference position switch. In other frames this value is static and loaded during setup only. The position in position counts of the edge of the product or the fixed edge position entered in the setup pages. These values are useful in determining stability of the product, and edge detection. The position of the sensor head in position counts. This value will update approximately ever five seconds. Target Single Point Position. This is the cross direction position that the sensor will sit at to collect a RFChine direction sample when placed in single point mode. Reference Position Delta. This is the deviation in the location of the reference position switch as detected by the IBOX. The Reference position is considered to be a fixed number at 16384. if encoder pulses are being processes correctly this number will be near zero. |
