±¾ÈË·­ÒëµÄÓ¢ÎÄ£ºBased on the analysis of the quantitative relationship between blower clogging, throwing distance, power consumption and material physical properties, blower¡¯s structure and impeller's rotate speed, mathematic models for calculating power consumption and efficiency of throwing/blowing are planned to build. Through the optimization of structural parameters and movement parameters, an airflow field with higher blowing capability was generated. Thus, energy loss was reduced and efficiency of throwing/blowing was improved. Meanwhile, the optimized prototype is planned to verify by test.
The research focuses on the throwing/blowing mechanism and design theory of impeller blowers, and could provide an universal guidance for design and production of impeller blowers in actual practice.
