Through the optimization of structural parameters and movement parameters, an airflow field with higher blowing capability was generated. Thus, energy loss was reduced and efficiency of throwing/blowing was improved. Meanwhile, the optimized prototype is planned to verify by test. The research focuses on the throwing/blowing mechanism and design theory of impeller blowers, and could provide an universal guidance for design and production of impeller blowers in actual practice.
