一篇我认为不错的文章，连续悲剧了两次，最悲剧的是没有得到任何有意义的意见！10年11月份投的IEEE trans.on consumer electronics，6个月后退稿，意见:
***** has been proposed and discussed since 1976. But none of consumer cameras adopt this coding method due to some complexity and quality issues. The authors are suggested to implement the coding method on a consumer camera and address the practical issues.直接否定了我的研究方向
今年5月投了中国科学F辑，四个月后退稿，意见：
Basically the paper is well written. However, the novelity is marginal. This topic has been studied extensively. This work is incremental, instead of big innovative。
我勒个去，能不能给我个具体一点的意见好让我知道该怎么修改啊！将近一年的时间，完全没有得到任何信息量，完全是浪费时间啊！
我觉得可能还是选期刊和审稿人有问题，意见都没有关于文章具体内容的。没有找到合适的期刊和审稿人，大家在这方面有什么经验，交流一下啊！我都不知道该投什么期刊了。。。
