APL投稿被拒，大家看一下可以修改再投吗？

PL的这个意见，能修改再投吗，大修？大家给点建议。再投否？ DEAR Thank you for submitting your manuscript, referenced below, to APL. We have examined your paper, and our consensus is that it does not contain a strong component of new applied physics and does not meet the timeliness requirement for rapid publication in this Letters Journal. We are therefore returning the manuscript so that you can seek publication elsewhere. As you may be aware, we receive many more papers than we can accept, and many of them are in competitive sub-fields. Consequently, we are compelled to reduce our coverage of certain areas, even though they may have appeared in our pages in the past. Such decisions are difficult but are necessary to control the explosion in Journal size. We wish to make it clear that this is not a reflection of the technical quality of your work but rather of our discipline and stringent space limitations. Sincerely yours, |
