¼«»¯ºóµÄ½éµç³£ÊýСÓÚ¼«»¯Ç°µÄ½éµç³£Êý£º It is known that the polarization of space charges and dipolar defects contributes to the dielectric constant. As pointed out by Zhou et al. [SolidStateCommun-2009-149-481], the dielectric constant decreases upon poling compared to the unpoled case. Under a strong poling field, the space charges and defect complexes would reorient and were frozen out in the high potential trap. Thus, the space charges and dipolar defects cannot be reoriented under a weak poling field, and the contributions to dielectric constant disappear, which leads to the reduction in dielectric constant.
