Facile one-pot synthesis of near-infrared luminescent gold nanoparticles for sensing copper (II) Nanotechnology 22 (2011) 095701 In a typical synthesis, 1 M of Au3+ aqueous stock solution was prepared by dissolving an appropriate amount of HAuCl4·4H2OinH2O. 30 µl of the HAuCl4 stock solution was added to 10 ml of 2.4 mM GSH solution under vigorous stirring. The mixture was heated at 90 ◦ C for 35 min. The resulting yellow solutionswere filtered through a 0.22 µm filter membrane, and then purified by passing through the membrane of a 50 kDa MWCO centrifuge filter (Millipore) and collected by a 10 kDa MWCO centrifuge filter (Millipore) after several runs of the dilution and concentration cycles. Maybe you can try to adjust the pH before heating. A high pH is always favorable for Au reduction. The same group also reported a similar work in Chem. Commun., 2009, 1736–1738. Welcome to read: http://muchong.com/bbs/viewthread.php?tid=3381534  |
