Facile one-pot synthesis of near-infrared luminescent gold nanoparticles for sensing copper (II) Nanotechnology 22 (2011) 095701 In a typical synthesis, 1 M of Au3+ aqueous stock solution was prepared by dissolving an appropriate amount of HAuCl4·4H2OinH2O. 30 µl of the HAuCl4 stock solution was added to 10 ml of 2.4 mM GSH solution under vigorous stirring. The mixture was heated at 90 ◦ C for 35 min. The resulting yellow solutionswere filtered through a 0.22 µm filter membrane, and then purified by passing through the membrane of a 50 kDa MWCO centrifuge filter (Millipore) and collected by a 10 kDa MWCO centrifuge filter (Millipore) after several runs of the dilution and concentration cycles. This as-prepared NIRL-AuNPs were stored at 4 ◦ C for further use. 第一个用GSH还原氯金酸得到近红外荧光金纳米的方法，我重复了2次没做出来，有没有人看过这篇文献？有哪里特别需要注意，作者没有说出来？？？？？？？？ 其他方法 我都可以做出荧光金纳米，唯独这个方法做不出来啊 我按照其他方法做出的   [ Last edited by zdy1398 on 2011-7-22 at 16:03 ] |

Maybe you can try to adjust the pH before heating. A high pH is always favorable for Au reduction. The same group also reported a similar work in Chem. Commun., 2009, 1736–1738. Welcome to read: http://muchong.com/bbs/viewthread.php?tid=3381534  |

You can also have a look of Jie Zheng's PhD thesis (http://www.box.net/shared/hixqnm5n8v), where he mentioned something about tuning the emission wavelength of GSH-reduced Au clusters. |
