论文修改方面的问题

各位前辈，请教问题啊！这个是我的修改意见，一个评审说It appears that publication in any form would be premature at this time. 这句话是个啥态度呢？In general, I find the logic used in this paper to be less than compelling in several instances and recommend that the authors should be required to more clearly explain how the data measured led to the conclusions obtained. The readers (and reviewers) would normally expect to see the data resulting from the parametric study in order to determine if the data support the conclusions.
