一个有意义的计算,源自于一个有意义的分子结构。 1、你这个初始结构,不是来自于一个学化学的人画出来的,大量的原子交叉重叠,这种结构是根本不存在的——两个原子都撞倒一起了,怎么可能呢?已经不仅仅是H成双键的问题了。 2、结构还没优化,就做溶剂单点算,没有丝毫意义。 3、没有geom=connectivity, 却有链接关系表,奇怪的写法。 4、这么多原子,还用上6-31+g的基组,你用什么机器来算呢?是世界top10么? 5、为什么用弥散基组呢?哪个文献提示你要加弥散呢? 找个做计算化学的人帮你做吧。。这个东东,目前来看,你做不来的。 |
