CC编辑让修改后重新投递，不知道会不会还是原来的审稿人再审呢？原来的审稿意见如下：
Referee: 1 The results are convincing. I recommend it for publication.
Referee: 2 Although the paper provides a new idea to the community, the unique advantage of this method is not that much obvious. 另外提了语言上一些问题和内容上的一些小问题，倒是不难回答。
Referee: 3 While Chem Comm is geared toward preliminary important results, this manuscript is too preliminary and the results are consequently not particularly important. 另外也是提了一些语言上的问题，并且让测定实际样品。
根据以上的审稿人意见，不知道有没有必要再重新投啊？要是从新投递的话，会不会还是原来的审稿人再审呢？
