辅助用具清点 说明： 1 辅助用具及零配部件，粉碎前后清点数量，如数量不一致必须说明原因及所少物品去向。 2 粉碎、混批和包装前后清点及复核其完整性和数量，尽量由本次操作负责人或指定人员实施（清点前后尽可能为操作现场的同一人员）。 3 清点范围至少包括：操作现场的工、洁、量、衡器具等可移动、易脱落的辅助工具及零配部件，操作人员自身携带、穿戴的防护用品，离敞口包装桶、袋、粉碎机、混合机等容器至少2米之类的物品。 |
