[求助] ZnO的TEM结果问题

做了ZnO纳米材料的TEM，发现不同结构的ZnO高分辨图片中有2种条纹间距，一个间距是0.52nm，一个是0.26nm。这如何解释？谢谢

都是ZnO的晶格结构，The interplanar distance is 0.26 nmcorresponding to
the distance between the two adjacent (0 0 0 2) crystal planes. The
(0 0 0 l) planes are perpendicular to the growth direction of the
ZnO whiskers, which confirms that the ZnO whiskers only grow
along the c-axis direction.The interplanar distance is about 0.52 nm
corresponding to the distance between the two adjacent (0001)
crystal planes, confirming the growth direction for each leg of
the tetrapod-like ZnO nanostructures is along [0 0 0 1] c-axis. 这是我的论文里面的，希望对你有所帮助
