When excitation was at 514.5 nm, the SERS substrate which was regulated by polyester synthesized with 4000 molecular weight¡¯s polyethylene glycol is 11 times than the SERS substrate formed by 1000 molecular weight¡¯s polyethylene glycol in signal.
