| Experimental results show that under the same concentration R6G markers in different SERS substrate molecule on spectrum signal has obvious difference.In 514.5 nm inspire light, the molecular weight polyethylene glycol (peg) for 4,000 of synthetic polyester SERS substrate regulation of the molecular weight of the signal is 1,000, polyethylene glycol (peg) synthetic polyester regulation of 11 times SERS substrate signal.In 632.8 nm excitation light, the molecular weight of the 1,000, polyethylene glycol (peg) synthetic polyester SERS substrate signal that regulation is the strongest |
