The quality of English in the above-mentioned manuscript is such that the manuscript cannot be reviewed in its present form.

We suggest that you try to work with a native English-speaking colleague to revise the manuscript so that it will be understandable to our reviewers. If you submit a suitably revised manuscript, it will be treated as a new submission and subjected to our normal review process.

以上是编辑给我的拒稿信，似乎是让我提高英语后再投。但不知道这是否是客套话，我修改好英语后再投有希望吗？请给位分析一下。

根本没有送审，你必须找英语非常好的人进行很好的语言修改后，然后作为新稿重新投啊
