The extraction process is optimized using an orthogonal test. Those test are highly used for optimizing because you can obtain a mathematical model that address the optimal conditions. There is no mathematical/statistical optimization in this work, please include it.
文章中有正交试验设计和结果，在结果中没有标方差（做三次重复了，用的是平均数）。由于文章中图表较多，所以也没加单独的方差分析表。不知道审稿人的意思是填方差啊还是要单独的方差表啊？请指教。
