In this paper, the LC-MS technology is used for guiding the qualitative analysis of the quaternary ammonium compounds and organic silicon compounds made in our lab by using the advanced LCT Premier XE liquid chromatography - high resolution time of flight mass spectrometer of our school (Waters, USA). Through the optimization procedure of the LC-MS conditions, the qualitative analysis of these two compounds are finally determined by grounds. |
