求高手修改摘要

各位帮忙修改一下, 液相色谱、质谱联用技术具有分离效能高、选择性好、检测灵敏度高、分析速度快、适用范围广等优点,液质联用分析在检测未知化合物结构时具有快速,精确的特点,使其在各个领域的应用不断扩展。本文利用我校拥有的先进的LCT Premier XE液相色谱-高分辨飞行时间质谱联用仪(Waters,美国)对我实验室自制有机硅化合物和季铵盐化合物进行定性分析,通过对LC-MS测试条件的逐步优化,确定了对这两种化合物定性分析的方法。 The united technologies of Liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry have high separation efficiency, good selectivity, high sensitivity, rapid analysis for a wide range of advantages, LC-MS analysis of unknown compounds have the fast, precise characteristics ,that made It Widely used in various fields expanding. Meanwhile, the LC-MS tis considered as a fast and accurate method for detecting unknown compounds and thus its applications are rapidly developed in related fields. In this paper, the LC-MS technology is used for guiding the qualitative analysis of the quaternary ammonium compounds and organic silicon compounds made in our lab by using the advanced LCT Premier XE liquid chromatography - high resolution time of flight mass spectrometer of our school (Waters, USA). Through the optimization procedure of the LC-MS conditions, the qualitative analysis of these two compounds are finally determined by grounds. |
