建议大家好好研究以下这个文件 已有9人参与

http://www.ieee.org/documents/2005_present_list_of_titles.xls 能看到所有的IEEE会议的信息 比如IITA的ICSRA 2010马上一年了仍然没有入库，似乎也是第一个中国国内开会还没入库的 论坛里问EEEE 2010的比较多的 你看到真正的release date是2010年11月1日 竟然也有IEEE冠名会议5年过去了也不入库？ 还有07年的会议竟然是 "Estimated Receive Date" "Actual Release Date" 10/31/2011 04/07/2011？ 是不是说没入库的会议后期通过IEEE审查后，按照IEEE要求组织者需要对论文集重新整理才release？ 另外，还看到，已经入库的论文集都有Actual Release Date，那是不是说有Actual Release Date但还没入库的论文集入库将指日可待了？ [ Last edited by haitaoyu0703 on 2011-4-23 at 00:37 ] |
