[交流] 建议大家好好研究以下这个文件 已有9人参与

能看到所有的IEEE会议的信息

比如IITA的ICSRA 2010马上一年了仍然没有入库，似乎也是第一个中国国内开会还没入库的

论坛里问EEEE 2010的比较多的 你看到真正的release date是2010年11月1日

竟然也有IEEE冠名会议5年过去了也不入库？

还有07年的会议竟然是 "Estimated Receive Date"        "Actual Release Date"
10/31/2011         04/07/2011？

是不是说没入库的会议后期通过IEEE审查后，按照IEEE要求组织者需要对论文集重新整理才release？

另外，还看到，已经入库的论文集都有Actual Release Date，那是不是说有Actual Release Date但还没入库的论文集入库将指日可待了？

“Posted to Xplore”指的是什么呢？谢谢！

Actual Release Date 进入IEEE数据库的时间
Posted to Xplore 是否已经进入 （Yes或No）

（有些IEEE冠名会议，也是处理不当，没有进入IEEExplore。以前比较多，IEEExplore对pdf文件要求比较特殊，很多IEEE的人也不熟悉，这是“会议公司”出现的原因，他们比较懂些技术。知道一些会议，干脆把文件转成pic，通过pdf检验，那样却无法进行文字搜索。）
