| 背景与目的：实验通过建立模拟人皮肤取皮区创面来检测生长因子TGF-β1和VEGF在创面愈合以及瘢痕增生方面的作用，为临床应用新型藻酸盐敷料治疗取皮区创面的应用提供数据依据，方法：主要将藻酸盐敷料应用于版纳微型猪近交系中厚皮取皮区创面，通过检测不同时间点（取皮后0、3、7、14、28天）创面愈合过程中及创面愈合后的生长因子TGF-β1、VEGF的mRNA表达情况，探讨新型藻酸盐敷料对创面愈合的生物学机制及减轻瘢痕增生的具体作用机制。结果：构建的取皮区创面动物模型，从大体外观上观测，其藻酸盐治疗组与凡士林对照组存在明显差异，治疗组创面愈合时间少于对照组(P<0.05),具有统计学差异。取皮区创面愈合过程中不同时间点的治疗组与对照组的基因表达情况表明，不同的时间点之间有显著差异（P＜0.01），治疗与否有显著性差异（P＝0.025），不同猪之间无统计学差异。TGF-β1在0、3、7、14、28天的表达量为：治疗组-5.068±0.286，-4.131±0.396，-3.294±0.516，-3.514±0.374，-4.695±0.809；对照组-5.068±0.286，-4,457±0.450，-4.262±0.512，-4.025±0.365，-4.485±0.233。TGF-β1表现为随着创面的愈合其表达上升，至中期表达升至最高，之后表达下降，在创面完全愈合后其表达量趋于正常水平。其中在14天藻酸盐治疗组与凡士林对照组之间TGF-β1表达有显著差异。VEGF的mRNA表达量的统计结果与TGF-β1的结果相似，其中7天藻酸盐治疗组与凡士林对照组之间VEGF的mRNA的表达有显著差异。VEGF在0、3、7、14、28天的表达量为：治疗组-3.461±0.279,-2.726±0.425,-1.722±0.097,-2.401±0.341,-2.902±0.437,对照组为-2.928±0.385，-2.522±0.319，-2.877±0.517，-3.230±0.451。结论：通过构建取皮后中厚皮创面动物模型，成功构建了检测取皮区创面组织中VEGF、TGF-β1的mRNA的SYBR GreenⅠ实时荧光定量检测方法，揭示藻酸盐敷料对促进创面愈合有重要作用，且主要与调控细胞因子的表达相关，为解决创面愈合减少瘢痕增生等临床棘手问题提供了可靠的理论依据。 |

楼主应该自己翻译好了让人修改。 楼上翻译问题比较多（太多we、时态不对等等），我一点点改改试试看。专业术语就无能为力了。 Background and Objective: The impact of growth factors TGF-β1 and VEGF on wound healing and scar formation was detected through the establishment of simulated human skin in access site wound. The data generated in this study can be used in clinical application of new alginate dressings on skin treatment Wounds. Method: Alginate dressing was used in inbred Banna minipig check site wounds in the thick. The mRNA expressions of growth factors TGF-β1 and VEGF were detected in and after the process of wound healing (more specifically, 0, 3, 7, 14, and 28 days after taking the skin). The collected data were then applied to explore the biological mechanisms of new alginate dressing in wound healing and scar reducing. 待续吧…… |

| Results: we observe from the general appearance of construction of access site wound model, , the Vaseline alginate treatment group and control group was significantly different, healing time of the treatment group was shorter than the control group (P <0.05), which is significantly different. Skin graft taken at different time points during the treatment and control groups showed that the gene expression of the different time points were significantly different(P <0.01), whether the treatment significantly different or not (P = 0.025), no statistical difference between the different pigs exists. |
