Background and Objective:we detect the influence of growth factor TGF-β1 and VEGF in wound healing and scar formation through the establishment of simulation of people skin in access site wound. it provides the data for clinical application of new alginate dressings on skin treatment Wounds .
Method:we mainly applied alginate dressing in inbred Banna minipig check site wounds in the thick. we detect the different time points (0,3,7,14,28 days after taking the skin) and wound healing process of wound healing growth factor TGF-β1, VEGF expression of the mRNA to explore new alginate dressing on wound healing biological mechanisms and the specific role of reducing scar formation mechanism.
