[交流] 【Discussion】In your eyes ,which is more importent, results or process?

Today, my youger sister participated an jop interview,  although she  prepared this interview with all her endeavor, the results out of her minds! so she  fell very sad ,then I encouraged her and told that process is more importent than the results.
Just now I thinking seriously, and founld what i told to her is wrong in some cases. so i wonder your view ,which is more importent, results or process?

It's up to youself,results are nothing when you don't care about the results and just want to enjoy the process,but once you pay more attention to the results in the process,I think you have considered that results are more important in your  potential consciousness at least.
