Today, my youger sister participated an jop interview, although she prepared this interview with all her endeavor, the results out of her minds! so she fell very sad ,then I encouraged her and told that process is more importent than the results.
Just now I thinking seriously, and founld what i told to her is wrong in some cases. so i wonder your view ,which is more importent, results or process? |
