[交流] 【Discussion】In your eyes ,which is more importent, results or process?

Today, my youger sister participated an jop interview,  although she  prepared this interview with all her endeavor, the results out of her minds! so she  fell very sad ,then I encouraged her and told that process is more importent than the results.
Just now I thinking seriously, and founld what i told to her is wrong in some cases. so i wonder your view ,which is more importent, results or process?

The results certainly matters a lot. Everyone wants a good result and hope can enjoy the process, too. If you are failed, please think about the successes you have got.  Your past success always came after failures. So, take it easy. Maybe you will smile next time.
